You may request an absentee ballot for the August 6, 2020  Republican and Democratic Federal and State Primaries, the Wilson County General and Lebanon Special School District Elections 


Pursuant to the June 4, 2020 Order of the Davidson County Chancery Court, if you are a registered voter and do not wish to vote in-person due to the COVID-19 situation, you are eligible to request an absentee ballot by mail. You also have the option to vote in-person during early voting or on election day.

Applications for absentee ballots must be requested by the person eligible to vote absentee and the application must be provided by the Election Commission to that person.  

(It is a Class E Felony for a person who is not an employee of an election commission to give an application for an absentee ballot to any person. TCA§2-6-202(c)(3) and It is a Class A misdemeanor for a person who is not an employee of an election commission to give an unsolicited request for application for absentee ballot to any person. TCA§2-6-202(c)(4))
