Absentee Voting

You may request an absentee ballot for the March 3, 2020 Republican and Democratic Presidential Preference Primary, the Wilson County Republican Primary and/or the Wilson County General Election

ABSENTEE BALLOT REQUEST FORM

Applications for absentee ballots must be requested by the person eligible to vote absentee and the application must be provided by the Election Commission to that person.

(It is a Class E Felony for a person who is not an employee of an election commission to give an application for an absentee ballot to any person. TCA§2-6-202(c)(3) and It is a Class A misdemeanor for a person who is not an employee of an election commission to give an unsolicited request for application for absentee ballot to any person. TCA§2-6-202(c)(4))
