You may request an absentee ballot for the November 6, 2018 Federal & State General Election and/or the Lebanon, Mt Juliet & Watertown Municipal Election

ABSENTEE BALLOT REQUEST FORM

Applications for absentee ballots must be requested by the person eligible to vote absentee and the application must be provided by the Election Commission to that person.

(It is a Class E Felony for a person who is not an employee of an election commission to give an application for an absentee ballot to any person. TCA§2-6-202(c)(3) and It is a Class A misdemeanor for a person who is not an employee of an election commission to give an unsolicited request for application for absentee ballot to any person. TCA§2-6-202(c)(4))
